Alongside is a leading program in the region at finding safe, stable, and permanent homes for youth living in foster care. We provide information and support to families looking to adopt, partner with child welfare agencies in their recruitment efforts, and engage and empower youth who wish to be involved in the family finding process.

The quality of our team is both what makes our program stand out and makes our work possible. We value individuals who are passionate about solving problems, engaging youth and families, and believe in a strength-based approach to helping those who deserve to find permanent, loving homes.
